The application is for the creation of Two (2) New Residential Dwelling Units on the 1st and 2nd Floors (McKean Street side) in the same building as an existing Eat-in Restaurant on the 1st Floor (Passyunk Avenue side) with Two (2) Existing Dwelling Units on the 2nd and 3rd Floors, for a total of Four (4) Dwelling Units. No signs on this application.
The application will go before the ZBA on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 4:00pm.
