Newbold Neighbors Association is working with the City Council President Anna Verna's office and the Neighborhood Garden Alliance to preserve and expand open space in our neighborhood.

We have identified the largest tracts of vacant land and are targeting those for preservation.  We are currently seeking suggestions for uses for these various spaces.  Ideas so far include playgrounds, basketball courts, gardens, orchards,dog runs, passive recreation (parks or squares) and active recreation (ballfields).  If you have more to add or have specific suggestions about what should go where please contact Jim Resta.
