Our Constitution and By-Laws

The Newbold Neighbors Association incorporated as a 501(c)3 non-profit neighborhood group in 2008.  As part of this process, we created a set of by-laws that determine the function of the officers and committee chairs.  The document contains information required by the IRS, including boundaries, purpose, governance, meetings, and financial details.

Amended Bylaws Proposed in June, 2011

We are required to post all proposed bylaws for viewing by our general membership for 90 days before we can vote on them.  Please view our proposed updated bylaws and bring any comments to the next general meeting.

We are currently reviewing the by-laws to update committee activities and to clarify a few points that have risen since the intial document was adopted.
